11 years in school? check.
Now that junior year has ended, lets reflect back upon it. Its definitely been the best year of my life to be quite frank for several reasons. however, it has also been a year full of ups and downs as well.
Friends: i love em to death. i think without my friends, i would have gone depressed and insane. like fosho. they are the best and i dont care what people think of us loool. K.K.O.O.C. thanks...

14-18 lbs of fat lost (depending on the day), a lot of muscle mass gained, and a heck of a lot more energy. a month ago, i took my physical and i was in shock. i had gained so much weight due to careless eating and crap like that. and with the help of HENRY LEE :D (best personal trainer ever!!), and support from my inspiration ;), ive lost the most weight ive ever lost in my life and felt better...
??!?!??!
I really dont get how people can give up so easily and think they arent worth anything. Like, i do not understand how some people think they wont be able to do well at anything they do without even trying it. If i did learn SOMETHING from coach McCall, its that most of us really dont know our ultimate max. i just dont get it. Maybe its my nature and the striving nature of it, but how can one just...
